11 Children's Privacy

The jiliwim Platform is strictly intended for users who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. jiliwim does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliwim discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, jiliwim will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities where required.

21+ Only: jiliwim enforces strict age verification at registration. Providing false information about your age to access the Platform is a violation of jiliwim's Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jiliwim's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity providers — may process personal data outside of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, jiliwim ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

These safeguards may include:

  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission.

13 Marketing Communications

With your consent, jiliwim may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, special offers, and platform updates via email or SMS. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:
